Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats




Take a shaker bottle.

Put in 50g (roughly) oats, milk or milk alternative to soak.

Add a teaspoon of mixed seeds and another of chopped nuts.

Add a heaped teaspoon of ground flax or chia seeds.

Top with some fruit such as blueberries or raspberries.

Finally, top with Greek or natural yogurt.

Screw the top on the bottle and shake!


Leave overnight (or for over two hours) in the refrigerator.


Enjoy in the morning.
